Heat Treatment

In protective atmosphere

  • Fundamental processes of heat treatment in methanol atmosphere: simple hardening , bainitic hardening ,sub zero heat treatment, tempering, annealing (in N2 atmosphere)
  • Processing equipments are bell type furnaces brand SOLO with electric heating, atmosphere is controlled by oxygen probe
  • As a quenching medium is used salt bath AS140, oil or water bath
  • Parts is possible to  blast by sand or iron  after heat treatment  
  • The maximal charge size is 300 x 300 x 600 mm, the maximal weight is 60 kg

Chemical – heat treatment

  • Carried out in the gas (methanol, hydrocarbon, ammonia): carburizing, nitrocarburizing, nitriding, carbonitriding
  • Processing equipments ChHT are bell type furnaces brand SOLO with electric heating, atmosphere is controlled by oxygen probe
  • The carburizing processes can be simulated according to specified parameters and than automatically manage by computer
  • The nitriding is semiautomatically manage according to specified nitriding potential
  • Parts is possible to blast by sand or iron after heat treatment
  • The maximal charge size is 300 x 300 x 600 mm, the maximal weight is 60 kg

Low pressure carburizing (LPC)

  • Carburizing  using Finecarb or PreNitLPC methods with subsequent hardening by nitrogen with overpressure 5-25 bar.
  • Vacuum furnace brand Systherms and SECO/WARWICK
  • processes are simulated in advance in according to specified parameters and than manage by computer
  • part surfaces are clean, matt-glossy, not necessary any washing nor sanding (advantageous for complex shape parts and parts with small holes)
  • advantageous for all case-hardening steels, other constructional steels is than necessary hardening in classical quenching bath
  • The maximal charge measure is 600 x 600 x 900 mm, the maximal weight is 600 kg

Vacuum heat treatment

  • simple hardening , sub zero heat treatment, tempering, annealing, vacuum brazing, Cu hardening
  • cooling by nitrogen with overpressure 5-25 bar.
  • The equipments for vacuum technology are furnaces made by Italian company TAV
  • Cryogenic treatment up to -190°C, the technology based on liquid nitrogen
  • The maximal charge measure is 500 x 500 x750 mm, the maximal weight is 350 kg
